AN EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENT
Working in partnership with RFC Total Quality, Devon Associates can now offer low-cost high quality
computer training to the voluntary sector.
The following are only a small sample of the programmes available:
GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR COMPUTER
1 All aspects of Microsoft Office
Word
Excel
Access
All of the above can be covered in Basic [1 day] and intermediate levels [2 days]
2 Using computers for support
Developing Dynamic PowerPoint presentations [1 or 2 days depending on level of graphics, sound and action needed]
Desktop Publishing [can usually be covered in 1 day]
Outlook [can be delivered as part of any the above Microsoft packages]

VENUES AND LOCATIONS
The training can be delivered:
1 At a dedicated IT venue
2 At the client’s premises if sufficient / suitable equipment and relevant software exists - maximum number 8.
3 On site or at any suitable venue using portable laptops [supplied by RFC] - maximum 6 participants
SUPPORTING MATERIAL
The fee for all of the workshops includes integrated practical exercises on disc, and comprehensive supporting handouts on course topics. PLUS a help line after the workshop, to ‘iron out’ any problems.
FEES
1 day course £300.00 [up to 6 people] £350.00 [up to 8 people]
2 day course £550.00 [up to 6 people] £625.00 [up to 8 people]
Inclusive of training and support materials but excluding any venue /equipment charges.
NOTE: Total days contracted in excess of 2 days will attract significant discounts on day rate.
Special rates for voluntary sector organisations
COMPUTER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Most aspects of hardware and software problems can be resolved, usually on-site.
